Free demo

We may build a free demo of your website before you pay anything. You're under no obligation to buy. Demos are shared by private link and expire after a while. Until you buy, the demo's design and text remain ours.

Quotes and prices

Prices on this site are starting prices in US dollars. Your final price is in your quote or payment link. Prices don't include any taxes that may apply.

Payments

• Projects under $1,500: 50% to start and 50% before launch.
• Projects of $1,500 and above: 40% to start, 30% at an agreed midpoint and 30% before launch.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We start work once we receive the deposit, and your site goes live once we receive the final payment.

Your part

You'll send us the content we need (text, photos, logo and business details) and confirm you have the right to use it. Delays in content or feedback move the timeline. If a project gets no response from you for 60 days, we may close it. Payments for work already done are not refunded in that case.

Timelines and revisions

Delivery times on this site are estimates, counted from when we have your deposit and your content. Each package includes the number of revision rounds listed for it. A revision round is one combined list of changes within the agreed scope. Extra rounds, new pages and new features are charged as add-ons.

Ownership

Once you've paid in full, you own your website's design and the content we made for you, and your domain is registered in your name. We keep the rights to our general tools, code and templates, and you get a permanent licence to use them as part of your website. We may show your website in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

Care plans and hosting

Care plans are monthly or yearly subscriptions and renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the billing link we send you, or by messaging us. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for. Edit hours included in a plan don't roll over to the next month.

Every website we host includes at least the Basic plan. If you stop hosting with us, we'll give you a copy of your site's files so you can host it elsewhere. We'll tell you at least 30 days before any price change.

Refunds

Refunds and cancellations are covered by our Refund Policy.

Acceptable use

We don't build or host websites for illegal content, scams, or anything that infringes other people's rights. We may suspend hosting for content like that, or after a payment is more than 14 days overdue and we've told you.

Third-party services

Domains, Google Business Profile, WhatsApp, booking tools and other third-party services have their own terms. We're not responsible for their outages, price changes or decisions.

Liability

We work hard to keep websites online and secure, but we can't promise uninterrupted service. As far as the law allows, we're not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or lost data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be excluded.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms and will change the date at the top of this page when we do. Changes don't affect a project you've already paid a deposit for.
